Poke is a Hawaiian dish with Japanese and various asian roots. Simple yet savory, sashimi-grade fish is cut into small cubes, seasoned with flavorful sauces and mixed with tasty toppings. We have fallen in love with poke, and after enjoying, studying and experimenting with variations from all over the world, we are excited to bring our vision of poke to Copenhagen.
At MAUI, we use tuna, salmon and tofu with different mixtures including seaweed, onions, cucumber and many more ingredients to create a fresh, light, delicious meal. You can create your own bowl or choose from our signature bowls. Our menu is updated frequently so we can bring you the freshest season based ingredients.
