Organic homemade Kombucha
Our Kombucha is organically produced, with carefully sourced ingredients at our production site in Amager. We do everything by hand from the fermentation process to filling the bottles.
The basic ingredients of our Kombucha are organic green tea, organic sugar and water. During the first fermentation, the SCOBY converts sugar to alcohol and thereafter converts the alcohol into organic acids. By the end of the first fermentation, the SCOBY yields a fermented beverage, rich in microorganisms and healthy acids. To give the Kombucha its unique flavour we infuse it with biodynamic fruit juice from Demeter (https://demeter.net)

Organic Danish Quinoa
Our quinoa is organically grown in Lolland-Faster, an area in Denmark that benefits from nutrient-rich topsoil, abundant rainfall, many hours of sunshine, and high average temperatures. This way we not only support local farmers but also minimise food miles, as most quinoa is produced and shipped from overseas.
